ProstateHealth UK offers a state of the art prostate cancer screening service to men over the age of 40, currently not available on the NHS. Long term survival rates from prostate cancer are improving and increasing all the time but this is dependent on early identification and the implementation of an appropriate treatment pathway designed for the individual.

Vincent Gnanapragasam, BMedSci, MBBS, MA, PhD, FRCS, FRCSEd(Urol) is an academic consultant urological surgeon at the University of Cambridge and Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge. He has trained in the Northern Deanery, Paris and Cambridge. He was the first urologist and surgeon to be awarded a Cancer Research UK Clinician Scientist Fellowship and is a recipient of a Hunterian Professorship from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. His academic work covers basic science, translational and clinical prostate cancer research with over 15 years of experience. His primary interests are in precision diagnostics, optimal management of high-risk prostate cancer and the use of biomarkers for personalised risk stratification and therapy selection. He has published over 55 scientific papers (84% as first or senior author). He has attracted over £3.1 million in research funding to date. Vincent leads his own research programme and is chief investigator for a number of primary research translational and clinical trials. He is on the editorial board of a number of journals and has been a peer reviewer for a national and international grant funding bodies. Apart from this his clinical work role involves undertaking robotic radical prostatectomy, advanced diagnostic techniques e.g. image guided template perineal prostate biopsies and management of men on active surveillance for low risk disease.

Jackie brings over 13 years’ experience in the healthcare industry with an exemplary track record for increasing sales revenue for both large and small companies. Before Check4Cancer, Jackie worked for 12 years in the pharmaceutical industry as an Account Manager for Pharmacia and Pfizer attaining recognition for being in the top 10% of their sales personnel (Premier Performers Group). In her latter years in the industry she was involved in specific projects and drug launches, working with some of the country’s leading key opinion leaders in the field of cancer. Jackie has extensive experience in strategic partnerships, distribution agreements, contract services sales, and product marketing.

As a Senior Client Manager, Charlotte oversees the friendly administration team who take enquiries, book appointments and relay results. Based in Cambridge, Charlotte provides liaison between administrators and clinicians throughout the company and clinic locations nationwide.

As Operations Manager at Check4Cancer, Victoria is responsible for the efficient delivery of all clinical services at an operational level. She ensures that the quality of the services meet the expectations and needs of clients and clinicians.  The ongoing development of the management systems and processes is key to Victoria's role and her focus is also on the seamless relationship between Check4Cancer and its network of clinics.  With over 5 years of private healthcare experience, Victoria has an in depth understanding of all Check4Cancer services and their implementation through company paid schemes.

As Client Service Manager, Ausra is the primary point of contact for a client. She is responsible for booking appointments, updating customer records, directing and controlling the processing and fulfilment of orders, fielding customer enquiries, and resolving customer complaints.
